This policy explains what personal information Compass Curve collects through this website, why, and how it's handled. Compass Curve is committed to handling personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.

What we collect

• Enquiries. When you use the contact form or email us, we receive your name, email address, business name if you provide it, and your message.
• Website analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which doesn't use cookies, to count visits and see which pages are read. If you accept analytics cookies, we also use Google Analytics, which uses cookies to understand how visitors find and use the site.
• Security logs. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes technical information such as IP addresses to deliver the site and protect it from spam and abuse.

How we use it

We use enquiry details only to reply to you and, if we work together, to manage that work. We use analytics to improve the website. We don't sell personal information or use it for advertising.

Cookies and your choices

Google Analytics cookies are only set if you choose "Accept" in the cookie notice. You can change your choice at any time using "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page. Declining doesn't affect how the site works.

Where it's stored

Enquiries are delivered to our business email, which is hosted by Microsoft 365. Analytics data is processed by Cloudflare and, if you accept cookies, by Google. These providers may store data outside Australia.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry emails only for as long as we need them to respond to you and to manage any work that follows, and longer only where the law requires us to keep records.

Access, correction and complaints

You can ask to see or correct the personal information we hold about you, or raise a privacy concern, by emailing Contact@CompassCurve.com.au. We'll respond within a reasonable time. If you're not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
